		<description>I agree with Dan. It is always good to know the business side of music, but a good manager is what bands need. I have found that most musicians couldn't care less about the business side as long as their music is out there. However, it is still a wise idea to learn as much as you can, even if you have the best manager in the world.</description>

		<description>That's what they have managers for. Musicians should concentrate on what they do best - making music. All the business side should be done by dull men in grey suits. So long as they have someone they can trust, all they need to know is how much money they are making.</description>
