		<description>You know I never really thought of Blondie as Indie either, but now that it has been mentioned and I think of the style and dress and how she was different then I would put her there in that category. I think you are right about when you here it the first time around. With this said, you can watch and see how the indie scene changed over the years just like all other genre's.</description>

		<description>For some reason I'd never thought of Blondie as indie - did se get signed by a big label very quickly?  I think that the indie music of the 70s was a far higher quality than a lot of the other stuff that got churned out then - but perhaps that's just the hindsight of not hearing it first time around, and only learning about it from recommendations from that era.</description>
