Actually what I was thinking that he must be into completly different genre.Though he has given it a try but has not been able to strike the right cords.Such kind of music is already there which fails to create ripples in the real sense.

yeah, you are right Leeuh. we have different tastes when it comes to music. and i think that i really am not in to his music. and it is true that they can not avoid having similarities in other singers' music. but it all depends on the taste of the people.

Yep, Leeuh, I agree. He is quite photogenic and I was actually thinking I was going to hear something a bit more in depth than what I heard. Either way, I am sure many will enjoy him regardless, just isn't something that will get revolving play from me.

I can hear a little Tom Petty here and there in his voice. I have to admit something though. I was a little let down.I think I expected something else when I saw his picture. To me the vocals didn't measure up to the photo.

Nah. Not Scorpions I agree. His sounds' more of the brooding kind. He's a lot more like a less sad and angry Damien Rice. He also has that sort of muffled vociebox sound like that of Dylan and Tom Petty that strangely comes and goes in some of his songs.

I was actually called "Winds of Change" by The Scorpions, but most people called it "Gorky Park". I have always been a fan of that song, but I really can't hear any similar vocals when comparing it to " I Wish the Best for You". It's not a bad song, but now I am comparing it to "Winds of Change" and it pales in comparison.

His other tunes are just "ok" to me. They were kind of boring in a way though, and the lyrics didn't really stand out to me. "Friends to a Stranger" is the one song I think I enjoyed the most. The instrumentals are good and his lyrics are decent.
