I like Christina Kowalchuk’s “Love Song”. But I cannot quite understand what does “Monkey Business” song is all about. What is the business about? Is it about a monkey? She is a monkey in what way? I heard something about a monkey store and a monkey tree. Just too many confusing lines. I think I can hardly connect with the song.
Is it about love? Is it about life?

I agree with everyone here about Kowalchuk’s voice. It’s a smooth and nice sounding voice and works well with the type of music she is doing. The problem I see though is sounds too much like all the others that have tried and are still trying this style of music lately. However, her piano is better than average and that stands her out a bit from the crowd in my opinion, especially on “To a Flame”.

This is an artist I am not impressed with at all. The lyrics in the song are not very interesting and her voice isn’t up to par. There is nothing folk or rock about her. I listened to this and it reminds me of something you might hear on an easy listening station. The song “Monkey Business” could be a theme for a children’s show.

Well I have listened to few of the numbers but to be true I would rate most of them average.The voice though quite pleasant fails to standout.The music as well the voice is lacking something may be energy.She has the potential that is for sure but will have to work hard to get into her real self, I wish her best of every thing.

She really has a good voice, but I don’t know if it’s the kind that stands out. The first time I heard her I thought I was listening to Colby Caillat or Fionna Apple. Being an indie artist, she needs to make a bigger impact on the music scene. She does have great attitude and personality, and I hope she gets the chance she deserves and that she makes the most of it.

Christina Kowalchuk (Polish origins?) has a beautiful voice, I’ll give her that. My issues lay in the style of music she chose to perform. I see too many of today’s young and talented artists wasting themselves in a futile revival of the folk genre. Come on, guys, the hippies are no more, guitars at camp sites are no more, get on with the times. Why would you choose to wither your voice in a genre appreciated by your grandparents instead of taking your rightful place in today’s screaming, filled-with-energy world, I’ll never know…

She looks good, I like the way she arrange her songs mixing some genres to make her music great. She has a unique soul voice and also a strong personality. I wish all her the good luck in her music and career. keep up the good work, and If I have the chance to see her sing live, it will be a great experience.
