Silver,

Your comment about "Wicked Game" piqued my curiosity. I have always loved the song by Chris Issac, and have never heard it covered by anyone else. They don't have it on Myspace but I did find it here:

All I can say is...WOW. They actually gave me chills. They actually do a better job than Chris Issac. Thanks for sharing this info. I don't really follow Stone Sour so I had no idea, but this cover makes me like them even more.

I admit to not knowing too much about this band. The only thing I've heard from them is when they did the a cover for the song Wicked Game, and they weren't too shabby then. They certainly aren't my favorites to listen too, but not too bad.

Yep, I 100% Ausqtie. I usually don't like songs that get too much air play because I end up tiring of them quickly. Not true with "Through Glass". Although I do admit I have a hard time watching the video. There is something about the way the lead singer looks that throws me off, and I can't quite put my finger on it.

Stone Sour plays one of my favorite songs “Through Glass.” The song, though a mellow song, still has its rock’n moments that make you feel it not just hear. I would have to believe many felt the same as I did about the song since it was so frequently played on the radio. Stone Sour is on my top list of next bands to check out in concert when they come our way.

The Beatles have influenced thousand of bands. They have even influenced bands who don't even realize that they were influenced by the The Beatles. The Beatles truly changed music. Stone Sour will probably never fill The Beatles' shoes, but they do have some catchy tunes and nice vocals. "Through Glass" slowly became one of my favorite songs last year, and I could listen to it over and over without ever tiring of it.

Stone Sour has a couple songs on the radio now, and I am starting to like them slowly. At first I was kind of turned off them because their sound is something that I don't typically like. It's awesome that they are inspired and influenced by The Beatles, you really can't go wrong there, The Beatles were an amazing band.

Until the above I never knew that Stone Stour listed the Beatles as an inspiration.

Going back and listening to a few songs and I guess that, with that thought at the back of your mind, you can hear it slightly.

Taylor is a not a bad vocalist, its a shame that he made his name with Slipknot, a band who I loathe and always will.

AS I'm being too lazy too look does anyone know if they have any new stuff coming out?

Anyone who has the Beatles as inspiration may just have something going for themselves.
